Privacy policy

 

  1. F.X.C.G. Education s.r.o., ID No.: 09207392, VAT No.: CZ09207392, with its registered office at Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, entered in the Commercial Register of the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 117812 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller”), as the operator of the https://www.fxcg-education.com website and therefore the controller of the personal data received from the customer, undertakes to process such personal data in accordance with the law, including without limitation Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.  
  2. The Controller processes the certain personal data when operating the website. These data include (without limitation): name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address.
  3. Personal data are processed on a legal basis consisting in the fulfilment of the Controller´s contractual obligations towards customers and on the legal basis consisting in the defense of the Controller´s legitimate interests. 
  4. The Controller processes only the personal data strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes of their processing, i.e. to fulfil its contractual obligations and to defend its legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
  5. Name and surname and address data must be processed for legal reasons in order to properly identify and issue a tax document. Such processing is permitted under Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as it is necessary for the fulfilment of Controller´s legal obligation. The telephone number and email address must be processed for the purpose of confirming the order and, where applicable, informing you of important facts affecting the contractual relationship or the performance of an agreement concluded between the Controller and you. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as it is necessary for the performance of the agreement. These personal data will be processed for the period necessary to ensure the mutual rights and obligations arising from the agreement, i.e. always for at least the term of the agreement and for the retention period applicable to the Controller pursuant to laws and regulations. The same applies if the agreement is not concluded. Failure to provide any of these data may prevent from entering into the agreement.

  1. Personal data will be processed for the period of time necessary for the performance of contractual obligations and the protection of legitimate interests, and thereafter will be handled in accordance with the applicable legislation, Act No. 499/2004 Coll., (Act on Archives and File Service and on Amendments to Certain Acts) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
  2. The Controller declares it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data.
  3. You have certain rights associated with your personal data. These rights include (without limitation):
  • the right of access to personal data means that you have the right to obtain information from the Controller as to whether the Controller is processing your personal data and, if so, what data and how they are processed; you also have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning you rectified or updated by the Controller without undue delay at your request; you also have the right to the completion of incomplete personal data at any time,
  • the right to erasure of personal data imposes an obligation on the Controller to erase the personal data it processes about you if certain conditions are met and you so request,
  • the right to have the Controller restrict the processing of you personal data in certain cases; you have the right to object at any time to processing that is based on the legitimate interests of the Controller, a third party or that is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority,
  • the right to data portability allows you to obtain the personal data you provided to the Controller in a common and machine-readable format; you may subsequently transmit these data to another controller or, if technically possible, request that the controllers transmit the data between themselves,
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time will not apply, as your personal data are processed for the performance of an agreement concluded with you and not on the basis of consent to processing.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you may lodge a complaint directly with the Controller in person, in writing to the address of the Controller´s registered office or by e-mail info@fxcg-education.com, or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection
  2. You confirm acceptance of this Privacy Policy by checking a box via the online form before completing the order. By checking the box, you confirm that you are aware of and fully accept the Privacy Policy.
  3. The Controller is entitled to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Controller will publish the new version of the Privacy Policy on its website and will also send you the new version of this Privacy Policy at the email address provided to the Controller.

 

This Privacy Policy will take effect and come into force on 1. 7. 2023
