I can't pay with bitcoins, what should I do?

Open your order email and click on the ORDER STATUS button. This will take you to the GoPay payment gateway where you can use bitcoins to pay.

I have been to a VICI course and want to order Market Analysis and Outlook at a discounted price. However, I only see the full price in the members section. How should I proceed?

First check if you are really in the VICI member section - you are probably logged in to VIDI. Once you switch to VICI, you should see the price after the discount. If it's not there, drop us a line using the contact form at the bottom of the page.

I can't log in to the members' section. What should I do?

First, look for an email with the subject line "🎉 It's here - access to the members section has arrived!". You'll find a link to log in and your login details. This will verify that you are logging in with the correct username and password. If so, check that you have not accidentally turned on CAPSLOCK.
And if you didn't get the email, or you're entering everything correctly and it still doesn't work, drop us a line using the contact form at the bottom of the page. We will check everything.

I forgot my password and I can't log in to the members section, now what?

It's simple, look for the email with the subject line "🎉 It's here - access to the members' section has arrived!". You will find your password in it. And if the password doesn't work, or you can't find the email, go to the member section login page. Just below the login button you will see a link to reset your password. Click on it, enter your email on the next page and create a new password.

Some of you guys are messaging me on Instagram. Is that possible?

Don't put too much stock in it, it's probably a scam. Because we only use these profiles: @f.x.c.g, @jackob_fx, @fmg_bearded. But we'd appreciate it if you'd send us a link to the profile that's writing to you - so we can address the situation.

I can't pay with my Slovak card. Do you know what the problem is?

We don't know, but we'll try to find out. Please send us a screenshot of the problem to: info@fxcg-education.com. In addition to that, let us know what error the payment gateway is showing you. Let's take a look.

Where can I cancel my subscription to Market Analysis and Outlook?

It's easy - go to Cancel Analysis Subscription, fill out the short form and that's it!

How do I get to the Trading Floor?

Trading Floor is only for traders who pass all our courses. Therefore, you will only get into it after completing the VICI course. Once you've passed it, sign up for the VICI member section. There you will choose which Trading Floor membership you are interested in. Then just order it, pay for it and come join us.
